just my 2 cents
You know it bugs me when people can say they LOVE and CARE for that person but really they have no actions to prove that they do. You can talk about how life is grand for YOU and how everything is going great in YOUR life, but you do NOTHING to CARE about others around you especially at THEIR time of need. It’s sad and self centered. Sometimes it not until you hit a bad moment in your life that you realize who is truly there for you.

It also bothers me that some people consider their whole life as a competition. They need to make more money than the other person, their house has to be bigger than everyone elses or their ring has to be the biggest carat than the rest. In the END none of this will matter. What it all comes down to is HAPPINESS. Does having the best things in life really make you happy? Or is it a façade to make others believe you’re happy? Its not about what you HAVE in life, its about what you DO. And when you reach Heaven God will not look at your belongings, your home, your car, your diamond ring, your job. He will look at what you did in life to serve him. I know this is all too spiritual, but if you believe in God, you know what I’m talking about.

And another thing. A quote that I got from Diary of a Mad Black Woman. “Forgive him, then forgive yourself...or else he keeps the power.” THIS, I totally believe in. If anyone makes you frustrated or you are erked out for whatever reason, let it go. Forgive them for being so irritating and forgive yourself for being erked out, because otherwise all you will have is negativity in your soul and nothing is EVER worth feeling that way...“They keeps the power” to make you unhappy. No one should keep the power to make you UNHAPPY. If someone irritates you, OH WELL. They’re MODED for thinking they can make you frustrated or belittled. Always believe that no one can phase you. No one can make you unhappy. YOU control your happiness.. People may help you get to your happiness (your loved ones), but essentially its YOU that gets you there.
