Okay, so yesterday we found out we have termites and I am SO DEPRESSED about it because not only is it going to be hard to coordinate the fumigation with the other homeowners, but it's also going to cost us several grand to get it done... UGGGGHHH.
I'm tellin' you... this year is filled with unexpected EXPENSES straight up, and it SUCKS.
